This equipment (energy-saving hot air circulation high-temperature curing oven) is mainly used for high-temperature curing and product shaping in the composite materials and carbon fiber industries. The curing oven is a key process equipment for the molding of polymer matrix composite components.
The curing oven molding process involves sealing composite material blanks, honeycomb sandwich structures, or bonded structures with a vacuum bag on a mold, then placing them inside the curing oven. Under vacuum or non-vacuum conditions, the process goes through heating, holding (at medium or high temperature), and cooling stages to shape the material into the desired form and quality.
We can manufacture single-zone and multi-zone (6-zone) curing ovens.
