The working principle of the impregnation tank mainly involves steps such as vacuum treatment, liquid injection treatment, pressurization treatment, pressure relief treatment, and post-vacuum treatment.
Vacuum Treatment: First, the entire tank is evacuated to a certain vacuum level, such as -0.098 MPa, using a water circulation vacuum pump. This step is controlled by equipment such as vacuum gauges and negative pressure sensors to ensure the required vacuum conditions inside the tank.
Liquid Injection Treatment: Under vacuum conditions, the liquid valve is opened, allowing the solution in the medication tank to be impregnated into the tank. This ensures that the solution uniformly penetrates the materials inside the tank.
Pressurization Treatment: After the solution has been impregnated, pressurization is applied by turning on the pressurization pump, reaching a pressure of up to 1.2 MPa. This step helps the solution penetrate the fine structures of the material more deeply.
Pressure Relief Treatment: After pressurization, the pressure is released by opening the valve, preparing the tank for the subsequent operations.
Post-Vacuum Treatment: Finally, the vacuum pump is turned on again to re-evacuate the surface of the material to prevent wastage of the solution and ensure the integrity of the impregnation process.
