The hydraulic autoclave is primarily used for the curing and molding of various resin-based composite components and metal-bonded structures. It is specifically designed for the hydraulic curing process of carbon fiber prepreg, glass fiber prepreg, and Kevlar fiber prepreg structures. This equipment enables vacuum extraction, heating, and pressurized curing to form composite products.
Autoclave molding offers greater design flexibility and cost-effectiveness compared to other molding methods. During the design and development phase of CFRP products, where achieving the ideal product form is critical, autoclave molding is the most reasonable and feasible approach.
Applications
The hydraulic autoclave is mainly used in aircraft, missiles, satellites, and space shuttles, including applications such as aircraft doors, fairings, supports, wings, tail fins, bulkheads, panels, and stealth aircraft components.
