The spreading machine is a series of equipment independently developed by our company, mainly used for small-batch or R&D production of carbon fiber unidirectional non-woven fabric. The equipment features a horizontal single-structure design and incorporates computers, PLCs, motion control cards, servo motors, and a mechanical tension control system.
The resin content is adjusted using a mechanical scraper (or roller extrusion) method, enabling automated control of tension, speed, and linear movement according to different product process requirements, such as fiber tow line speed, resin content, and surface density.
This equipment offers high precision in fiber laying (spreading), a wide adjustment range (2~30N), excellent system stability, low energy consumption, comprehensive functionality, and user-friendly operation, making it one of the top domestic solutions.
Prepreg materials produced using this equipment exhibit stable and uniform resin content, high surface flatness without gaps, lightweight single layers, minimal fiber damage, and excellent surface smoothness.

The hot-melt prepreg machine is suitable for resin systems with a viscosity of up to 300,000 cP and the manufacturing of unidirectional prepreg and fabric prepreg using 3K, 6K, 12K, and 48K carbon fibers.
